Changes:
TIME: 20 seconds METHAMORPHOSIS CD:200 seconds.
Stats +25str +10 armor +30 damage
HP *Lost 10hp /second MP: +500 mana
MS: Naruto can't move AS: + 20percent
Skill (He has only ONE skill) *Concentrated Chakra.
Damage: 1500 damage straight line
Mana cost: 500mp
Casting time: 5 seconds *Naruto will not move if it is CAST.. so u must good in estimating how long the target is.. *Be sure they will not see you casting.. so they can't avoid it..

ding dong he has a couple of skils chackra arm witch makes most of arms took over the ground a big crushing att when he is punching the ground and the boom thing

I think you should severly decrease his attack rate but keep the ranged, because in the manga/anime he uses his tails to attack and just stands there, then uses his blast.
