Mangekyou "Implosion" Technique
Kakashi developed his own version of the Mangekyo Sharingan during the timeskip. A Ninjutsu technique which uses the Mangekyou Sharingan eye to generate an imploding transportation vortex. Deals damage per second and creates a vortex that sucks all nearby enemies closer, per second and teleports ONE random unit.
Note: If Sharingan is active, the casting time will be decreased.
Level 1-
- Slows the movement speeds of all affected enemies by 15% while in vortex
- reduces the damage of all enemies by 15% while in vortex.
- Any enemy that remains inside for 12 consecutive seconds will be sucked to the vortexes core, and teleports the unit 400 range in the direction Kakashi is facing, doing 75 damage in the process
Level 2-
- Slows the movement speeds of all affected enemies by 25% while in vortex
- reduces the damage of all enemies by 25% while in vortex.
- Any enemy that remains inside for 9 consecutive seconds will be sucked to the vortexes core, and teleports the unit 550 range in the direction Kakashi is facing, doing 150 damage in the process
Level 3-
- Slows the movement speeds of all affected enemies by 35% while in vortex
- reduces the damage of all enemies by 35% while in vortex.
- Any enemy that remains inside for 6 consecutive seconds will be sucked to the vortexes core, and teleports the unit 700 range in the direction Kakashi is facing, doing 225 damage in the process
Level 4-
- Slows the movement speeds of all affected enemies by 55% while in vortex
- reduces the damage of all enemies by 55% while in vortex.
- Any enemy that remains inside for 3 consecutive seconds will be sucked to the vortexes core, and teleports the unit 850 range in the direction Kakashi is facing, doing 300 damage in the process

Summoning Technique: Earth Release: Tracking Fang Technique. This jutsu allows Kakashi to summon his own personal ninja dogs to track down the enemy unit. This summons his eight nin dogs that then travels through the ground following the scent of their target, emerging when the target is found and holds them in place, with their mouths.

Sharingan
The Sharingan is a bloodline limit, which appears in members of the Uchiha clan of Konohagakure. This technique was passed down to Kakashi, from his friend, Obito Uchiha, making Kakashi the only ninja to posses the Sharingan, outside the clan of Uchiha. It allows the user to comprehend the attack of an opponent almost before the attacker knows what attack they are making, allowing the user to see through jutsus and copy it. Allows the use of Implosion technique and increases range of Raikiri. If any hero casts a spell in a radius while Sharingan is active, Kakashi automatically copies it. Copying all the properties and costs of the skill. CANNOT copy certain jutsu.
Level 1 - 6% dodge, Increases range of Raikiri by 400. 400 radius to copy jutsu, decreases casting time of "Implosion" technique by .25 seconds
Level 2 - 12% dodge, Increases range of Raikiri by 400 475 radius to copy jutsu, decreases casting time of "Implosion" technique by .50 seconds
Level 3 - 18% dodge, Increases range of Raikiri by 400. 550 radius to copy jutsu, decreases casting time of "Implosion technique by .75 seconds
Level 4 - 24% dodge, Increases range of Raikiri by 400. 625 radius to copy jutsu, decreases casting time of "Implosion" technique by 1 second

Raikiri
Lightning blade. The Lightning Blade, is an enhanced form of the Chidori, with the same effects and drawbacks, but more power. Kakashi, focuses all his chakra into his arm, then zeroes on an enemy unit. Accelerating and Charging through the gap between them and dealing 'inital damage', as well as the damage, depending on the distance traveled.
Level 1 - Deals 50 inital damage + 35% of distance travelled. 550 range + 400 range if Sharingan is active
Level 2 - Deals 75 inital damage + 45% of distance travelled. 700 range + 400 range if Sharingan is active
Level 3 - Deals 100 inital damage + 55% of distace travelled. 850 range + 400 range if Sharingan is active
