The most balanced build for Jiraiya

hellooooo??? did someone see that there is a story bug i recomand to first balance and clear alll bugs then add new hero's + i think i can get you a map will alll of akatsuki for models but as long as i see from spoilers saske will be able to do amaterasu+tsuikomi+kirin at 1 of a time(only spoiler for now)Also why not add jiraq and naruto kyuubi 4 tails model?(red skin and stuff)


OK well my Jiraiya sugestion is:
Introduction:He is the toad sage,one of the 3 legendary sanins.He has a contract with the great two toads who thought him his toad technics.He now is a pervert spying on girl,also doing some important missions for Konoha.

1.Katon:Gamayu Endan(Fire element:Frog Oil Fireball)
Jiraiya's ultimate fire technic he uses Gambunta's oil to make it stronger and cover more ground:
1 level:180 dmg 3 sec burning time(10 dmg each)
With oil from Gambunta:200 dmg (burns in 300 AOE and forwards 800 range) 3 sec burning time (12 dmg per second)
2 level:220 dmg 4 sec burning timate(10 dmg each)
With oil from Gambunta:240 dmg (burns in 300 AOE and forwards 800 range) 4 sec burning time(13 dmg per second)
3 level:250 dmg 5 sec burning time(10 dmg each)
With oil from Gambunta:280 dmg (burns in 300 AOE and forwards 800 range) 5 sec birning time(15 dmg per second)
28 sec cooldown each level (180 mana)


2. Kuchiyose no jutsu:Gambunta(Summoning jutsu:Gambunta)
(Same introduction and same spells like naruto's )
Oil:sprays an oil at the enemy:
1 level:300 AOE ahead
2 level:400 AOE ahead
3 level:500 AOE ahead
cooldown 30 sec

3.Hermit form:Jiraiya can summon the two great sage frog and combines power with them in a new form.
(default ability)
+15 to all stats
+300 hp
+200 chakra
+15% MS
+10% AS
+1.30 critical strike
lasts- 25 sec
(Cooldown on hermit mode 240 sec)(You have to make a model for hermit MODE)(250mana cost)

Ultimate:Toad frogs duet:Genjutsu(WHEN IN HERMIT MODE AND ONLY THEN)
This is Jiraiyas ultimate genjutsu he makes the two sage frogs to sing in a duet.
1 level: 30 dmg per second lasts 3 sec final hit (4 sec a giant sword is stomping on the enemy i will name a map witch uses this jutsu:Naruto Battle Royal)300 dmg
2 level:30 dmg per second lasts 4 sec final hit 350 dmg
3 level:30 dmg per second lasts 5 sec final hit 300 dmg cooldown 120 sec each level mana cost 200.


ULTIMATE(HE CAN USE THIS ALL OF THE TIME)Ultimate rasengan:Jiraiya's ultimate rasengan,a large ball of chakra spining in inhuman rate:
1 level:350 dmg
2 level:450 dmg
3 level:600 dmg (In hermit mode does +100 dmg each level)(optional) 100/90/80 sec cooldown mana cost 220.


STATS BUILD:
STR (PRIMARY) 18+2.5 (per level)
AGI 13+ 1.8(per level)
INT 18+1.1(per level)

HP:550
MP:300

This is the most balanced build a came out with seeng the other heros AND AGEIN I WILL TEL THAT THERE IS A STORY BUG SASKE CANT HAVE MS AND CS2(Itachi free's him from the cs2 and gives him his jutsus manga chapers:400-405)



NOTE:JIRAIYA USES A LOT OF MANA FOR HE'S SPELLS.That is why they are a big dmg dealer but he uses a lot of mana and has a mana for only 1 at the lowest levels so they have big cooldown as well this is the best build for him.

What do you mean he get 8 tail beast? and MS he already have that but yes we will need sasuke revamp im trying to make that too.....

Sasuke is good, i can't add amaterasu and tsukoyomi because itachi has these skills....

Because we dont know enything about Sasuke's ms so we would change his ms some skills he had in ItachivsSasuke panel...

1.Im talking about making new skill to Sasuke and to delete ms skill
2.When did Madara fight his father?
3. It takes time when Sasuke will use his ms and it takes many chapter to do that...

4 chapter and he will use the eye's when he will try to kill konoha leader and find's out it is donzu (or maibe not but there is a pretty much chance that donzu is madara) LOOK at the info i gave you there is also said when madara fight his father a god wich falls in love with a young bayakagon user and there is born madara and his twin later madara fights his father cuz hes father wants hes eyes and loses but madara could not kill him so he sealed him and by killing madara the seal will disapear by the way also sasuke wants to kill donzu witch acsidently fled from konoha just when mada knew what sasuke wants but this is becoming one freaking spam theme it was for the creatheon of Jiraya sooo that's it no more spaming Madara build and Jiraya builds are ready to use gothar
